Have you ever heard of 'angry smile'? Well, I haven't and I doubt they're compatible. Times without number I've tried to hold both (anger and a smile) at the same time but one ends up extinguishing the other. Really, whenever I'm able to force a smile and humm tunes when I sense anger forming a knot inside, the anger dissipates. Same with other negative emotions. You doubt it? Why not experiment it? Well, while you are busy at it let me share more of what I found about smiling.
They say it brightens your countenance, your day and your life; makes you look younger and more attractive, causes an influx of positive emotions that reduce anxiety, relieve stress and even elevates the mood of those around you, helps you make friends easily and keep them. Then too, you can smile your way to happiness as it releases the feel-good hormones -- endorphins, dopamine and serotonin into your system. Really! Smiling is calming. So I put a handful of smile quotes together just for you. I hope they give you added reason to always have a smile handy, however tough things get.

Yes! there are many languages, but a smile speaks them all. So regardless of our background or journey so far, we can all smile. Sometimes bitterly painful memories can attempt to ruin our day but just that smile can lift that weary heart out of that ashpit. I sincerely don't find smiling easy, but there's no single day that breaks with not at least one thing to be grateful for. May gratitude for that one thing move us to take a smile with us wherever we go. So,together, let's fake it until we make it.

Just a smile....can lift a weary heart. I lost a big part of my life while growing up just because I refused to smile.... Today, some say I am older than my age because life gave me no reason to smile then. Now I realize the priceless stake of smiles, I am profusely smiling the lost time as long as I see the sun.
